Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)

These Messaging Terms (“Messaging Terms”) explain how ResponseOps AI (“ResponseOps AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends text messages (SMS/MMS). By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive messages under these Messaging Terms.

1) Program Description
We send SMS/MMS messages related to: demo requests, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, service updates, and follow-ups for ResponseOps AI services.

2) Opt-In / Consent
You opt in by submitting your phone number through our website/funnel forms (and any required checkbox/permission) or by otherwise explicitly requesting texts from us. By opting in, you authorize ResponseOps AI to send SMS/MMS messages to the number you provided.

3) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity (e.g., booking, rescheduling, confirmations, support).

4) Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5) Opting Out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

6) Help (HELP)

7) Consent Not Required
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still request information or services without opting in to text messages.

8) Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.
